Q. I have purchased a golf team, where do I send my list of players for my team?

A. Please send all participant names to info@sgsummit.org 


Q. I have registered to play in the Golf Tournament.  What is the name and address of the golf course?  

A. The Golf Tournament will be held at Fallen Oak Golf Course. The address is:

24400 MS-15, Saucier, MS 39574.


Q. What time does the range open?  What is the format?  When are awards presented?

  1. The Golf Tournament is a 4-Man Scramble (no handicap) and will follow this schedule:

    7:30am – Range opens

    8:00am – Breakfast Service begins

    9:00am – Shotgun start (plan a 4.5 hour round)

    Lunch served following your round at the Clubhouse

    Winners announced and awards presented at the Welcome Reception at Beau Rivage.


Q. Will I be able to purchase additional ticket(s)/table(s) or golf entry(ies) on site?  

A. As of May 1, SGS 2021 is at a “SOLD OUT” status and packages will not be available for purchase onsite.


Q. I have purchased a table to the GGW Women in Industry Luncheon and/or Hall of Fame Gala Dinner, where do I send my list of attendees?  

A. Please send all attendee names to info@sgsummit.org


Q. Can I purchase a ticket to attend only the Welcome Reception?

A. We do not have tickets to the Welcome Reception available for purchase.  They are included as part of an SGS Package or Delegate Package or Educational Session Package.


Q. Where do I pick up my badge/lanyard/credentials?

A. You may pick up your SGS badge and also receive seating assignments to the GGW Women in Industry Luncheon and/or Hall of Fame Gala Dinner at the following locations and times:

Tuesday, May 4 – 

Registration Desk, Convention Level – 3:00pm to 5:00pm

Welcome Reception, Pool Side 2nd Floor –6:00pm to 8:00pm

Wednesday, May 5 –

Registration Desk, Convention Level 2nd Floor – 8:00am to 6:00pm

Q. I am a Casino Employee, and have only registered for the Responsible Gaming Training and/or Learning Sessions?  What do I do when I arrive?  Will I need a badge/lanyard/credential?

A. Please check-in at the Registration Desk located on the Convention Level to receive your SGS Badge.  The Registration Desk is open:

Tuesday, May 4 – 3:00pm – 5:00pm (RGT begins at 4:30pm)

Wednesday, May 5 – 8:00am – 4:00pm (Learning Sessions begin at 9:30am)

YOU MUST PRE-REGISTER ONLINE TO ATTEND.


Q. I have purchased a ticket/table or I am a guest of a casino/business and only attending the GGW Women in Industry Luncheon and/or Hall of Fame Gala Dinner, where should I go?  

A. Please check-in at the Registration Desk located on the Convention Level at least 15 minutes prior to the event start time to receive your Seating Assignment(s).  

GGW Women in Industry Luncheon will be held in the Camellia Ballroom - Convention Level 

Doors open 11:45am / Program begins 12:00noon

Hall of Fame Gala Dinner will be held in the Magnolia Ballroom - Convention Level

Doors open and Reception begins 6:00pm / Program and Dinner begins 6:30pm


Q. What COVID-19 Restrictions will be in effect?

A. Attendees will be adhering to Mississippi Gaming Commission and MGM Resorts company guidelines, which requires guests to wear a mask when in public areas.
